In my previous position as Service admin and Sales coordinator, my task focusing on order management. This is end to end process which the process started from answering product/service inquiry then creation of quotation/estimate that will send to customer via emails. Once the customer decided to avail the product/services they will send the Purchase Order as confirmation. My task not stop from receiving purchase order also need to work with other department like warehouse for arrangement of shipment and accounting for creation of invoice once the product/services delivered.
Experience: 2 - 5 years
As Service Admin in automotive industry, I am proud to say that I’m very flexible in the operation of the department, in some circumstances management ask me to do others task due to unexpected leave of my colleague. And with this I gained experienced on invoicing. I do reviewing and ensuring the information is accurate in the billing statement, generation of invoices and processing payments.

As Service Admin, prior in processing purchase/service order from customer I must to verify first if the customer have credit terms with the company, then ensuring that the credit status of the customer is within the limit and no over dues. If over dues found the next step is I will notify the customer via email or call, then assist them on processing of settlement provided their latest statement of accounts.

In automotive industry, I gained experience on telemarketing. I did calls to new owners of vehicle and discuss the services we can provide. And for those existing customers, I do regular calls to remind them the necessary maintenance for their vehicle and importance of having regular maintenance. At the same time, I discussing also the available promos. With this activity the customer retained and continue on availing our services. I believe that having a good relationship with the customer have good impact and contribution on business.
