Profile Description

For the past five years, I have worked with three different Schools Division Superintendent which is the Top Executive in the Department of Education, Schools Division of Oriental Mindoro, with three different third level officials, mantra and leadership style, I was able to adapt to their own management styles.
As secretary staff/ administrative assistant, I am responsible in providing administrative and organizational support basically to the Head of Office/Top Executive. I am responsible in a wide range of tasks and responsibilities which aims in facilitating the smooth operation of daily activities and ensuring effective communication within the subordinates.
I am responsible also in handling incoming and outgoing communications, such as emails, phone calls, and messages, ensuring that important information is relayed accurately and promptly. When it comes to scheduling management or coordinating schedules, I make sure all concerned are informed about the necessary details.
One of the most important function of a secretary to an executive is confidentiality. Maintaining confidentiality is a crucial aspect specially I am working with the top executive of the agency.
Lastly being able to multi-task. Having the diverse nature of my tasks, I have a strong multitasking skills to manage various responsibilities simultaneously.
