I have done multiple cold calls with different customers. Asking if they would like to buy the product from us. I help the company by making outbound calls to customers and make sure to close a sale.
Lead Generation/Appointment setter:
I help clients by data mining and/or web research to build an effective and successful lead generation program for their business. I also help the client to set appointments just to make sure that I will hit the qouta.
2 years as Virtual Assistant:
We call or email companies that has Smoke Detector in Australia. Making sure that their safety is our top priority.

I provide e-commerce support for the TV Shops we are working outbound and inbound making sure that I will close the sale.
