During my tenure at Fair Trade Outsourcing, I served as a CAD designer specializing in solar photovoltaic (PV) systems. My primary responsibilities included meticulously modeling house roofs using the powerful Aurora Solar software for PV design. I was also responsible for drafting comprehensive PV permit package plan sets, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards. In this role, I leveraged my technical expertise to deliver precise and efficient solar energy solutions. My commitment to quality and attention to detail allowed me to create designs that optimized energy production while meeting the specific needs of each project. My work as a CAD designer not only honed my technical skills but also fostered a passion for sustainable energy solutions. I take pride in contributing to a cleaner and more sustainable future through innovative PV design.

For five years as a working student, I have had the privilege of serving as a dedicated math tutor. During this time, I've shared my passion for mathematics with primary and secondary students, guiding them towards a deeper understanding of the subject. My journey into the world of video editing began during my college days when I discovered my profound passion for visual storytelling. Eager to nurture this passion, I joined the Media Ministry within our parish. Over time, my dedication and commitment to the craft led me to the position of President within the organization. As a leader in the Media Ministry, I not only honed my skills in video editing but also had the privilege of guiding and collaborating with a talented team of creatives. Together, we embarked on a wide range of projects, including documentary series, music videos, short films, and more. In this role, I learned the art of crafting compelling narratives, enhancing visual aesthetics, and employing editing techniques to evoke emotions and engage audiences. It's been a transformative journey of growth and creativity, fueled by a genuine passion for storytelling and visual communication. My experience in video editing extends beyond technical proficiency; it's a testament to my dedication, leadership, and the art of harnessing the power of visual media to inspire and connect with others.

During my final college semester, I embarked on a short but impactful journey as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) with iQor, specializing in the busy "ramp season." In this brief yet intensive period, I received comprehensive training in handling customer complaints with empathy and efficiency, and providing customers with the best possible information and solutions. As a CSR, I had the privilege of interacting with a diverse range of customers, each with their unique concerns and needs. My approach was rooted in compassion, actively listening to customer grievances and working diligently to find tailored solutions that not only addressed their issues but also left them with a positive experience. Despite the limited duration of this role, I embraced the challenges of ramp season with a commitment to excellence. This experience strengthened my problem-solving skills, honed my ability to work under pressure, and further cultivated my passion for delivering top-notch customer service. My time as a CSR served as a valuable addition to my skill set and underscored the importance of empathy and dedication in providing exceptional customer experiences.
