I was a claim specialist at my last work. What I basically do as a claim specialist are Posting amounts paid on the
Upgrade to see actual infoecking status of the claim by doing cold callings to the Insurance, Using the portal to check if there is an
explanation of benefits available, Documenting, follow up, sending medical records. I was also a Team Leader before I became a Team Leader and what I usually do as a Team Leader are Handling my own team, Keep in track status of team, Doing supervisor call, Doing report/ Documenting, Coaching / providing assistance to the team. I was also a technical support back then and what I am doing as a technical support are Provides Guidance and instructionto a working group about a project or portfolio of projects.
