I have also handled up to 400 customer emails per day during high-volume support periods.

I can help with email customer support, inbox management, order tracking, delivery concern follow-ups, refund and cancellation request support, data entry, customer inquiry tracking, and daily support updates.

My tools include Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Drive, Google Docs, Slack, Zoom, Canva, CapCut, ChatGPT, and Claude. I also have experience as an Online English Teacher for Weblio, AirClass, and private students, where I taught 10 to 15 students per day and developed strong communication, patience, and client-facing skills.

I am available for part-time or full-time remote work and can work with US EST, PST, UK GMT, and AU AEST time zones. I am looking for a long-term role where I can grow with one company, support daily operations consistently, and become a reliable part of the team.

I work from a quiet home office with PLDT Fiber internet, backup mobile data, UPS, power bank, MacBook Air M2, Jabra headset, and built-in Mac camera.
