In the BPO industry, I spent 1 year and 3 months. My initial role was with Flatworld Solutions in Davao City, where I was part of the  "Livingston" account, focusing on creating shipping invoices for container shipments to Canada. Subsequently, I joined VXI Global, also in Davao City, where I provided tech support under the AT&T Mobility account, assisting customers with electronic product issues. In addition to my background in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), I have cultivated proficiency in social media management. From 2019 to 2023, I proactively administered various social media accounts, utilizing my expertise to curate compelling content, analyze performance metrics, and enhance the online presence of diverse entities. My strategic approach and commitment to achieving client objectives make me a valuable asset for fostering a robust and impactful digital footprint. On a personal note, I'm passionate about music composition, using it as a creative outlet to express my emotions and channel my feelings into my compositions based on the experiences and emotions I encounter.
