Profile Description

I worked with an Australian safety company as a Subject Matter expert. My task was to sort out the jobs of our technician making sure its correctly booked. I also communicate directly with our head office counterparts through emails and chats. Before i was promoted as SME (subject matter expert), i was a booking staff for two years. As a booking staff i was doing outbound calls with the tenants to book an appointment for the safety services. I also worked as a financial associate at Convergys lastUpgrade to see actual info. I was assigned to take inbound calls inquiring about their bank debit or credit accounts for small business owners. I assisted them to check their bank transactions, reporting lost cards, processing credit limit increase and other bank inquiries.
