Since that being online is one of the greatest asset and one of the requirement, i am computer literate enough to support technical issues like troubleshooting and internet connectivity. I also have enough knowledge on operating systems like windows 98, XP and windows 7. Also with the softwares like anti-virus, audio and video editing and video converting.
Aside from the skills mention above, i also had the experience of teaching English subject to Korean people, working with GMA-7 under QTV department who handles the props and editing scripts or transcribing and recently, i am working as a customer service representative for a health insurance company in the US.
