1. Post request for payment in Financial System - Approved Request for payment (RFP) 2. Check liquidation of expenses for trade transactions - Approved tariff rates - Approved liquidation summary/RFP from Operations. - Processed documents and receipts (if any) 3. Validate charges and prepare request for payment due to Foreign agents and service providers 4. Ensure availability of accountable forms required by Operations ready for issuance. - Completely and timely issue accountable to Operations staff 5. Perform monthly bank reconciliations and prepares corresponding adjusting entries 6. Check completeness of series and files of accounting books 7. Print and file final proof list of accounting books - Finalized and closed books of account 8. Support Accounting by performing urgent tasks of Accounting clerk in his/her absence 9. Support the department/affiliates in the implementation of audit tasks such as stock-stake and supplies inventory
