Hi! I'm Abby from the Philippines, actively seeking part-time work as a Virtual Assistant. Some of my skills that align with VA qualifications include:

1. Proficiency in Google Suites (GDocs, Gmail, Excel, Slides, and GDrive), Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, and Teams) and Loom App.
I am capable of composing detailed minutes of the meeting. I am also keen in prioritizing emails that require follow-up or immediate response from stakeholders or clients. Additionally, I can create simple presentation decks for business meetings or general assemblies, set up databases for reference or repository purposes, and organize documents in Google Drive for efficient storage.

2. Efficiency in Facilitating Zoom and Google Meetings
As an experienced administrative assistant in the Philippines, I am proficient in scheduling and sending out calendar invitations and follow-up reminders for online meetings. I also have experience in facilitating breakout sessions with 30 participants in meetings.

3. Experienced in utilizing Slack, Telegram, Viber, WhatsApp, and GChat as tools to streamline communication. 

4. Basic graphics editing in the Canva app, including editing of basic publicity materials, presentation decks, and email headers.

In addition with the skills provided above, I am also skilled in assisting you with other administrative task such as filing legal documents in government offices, or sending out email blasts.
