A newly minted lawyer who passed the 2022 Philippine Bar Examinations who is interested in assisting/helping with all kinds of legal transactions. I have had the experience of drafting all kinds of legal documents; especially contracts with a company in Manila regarding the sale of real estate properties since my earliest law school days. Among the volume of knowledge I have earned in this Juris Doctor degree, I have realized I am most well versed in land or real property transactions. However, I can cover any field that will be assigned to me. I love to work with other people and can easily adapt to any environment I am being placed into. I continue to study and feed myself with knowledge in order to retain my learnings to especially stay up to date with the changes of our laws.
