I have over 10 years of solid customer support experience in and email support and eCommerce industry. Over the course of my work experience, I supported startups, mid-sized and established business in the US, UK and Canada where I handled customer inquiries related to order tracking, returns, refunds, product information, shipping delays, admin-based and general account concerns.

I’m highly familiar with Shopify and have experience navigating the platform for order management, fulfillment checks, refunds, cancellations, and customer account concerns. I’ve also worked with several customer support and ticketing systems, including Hubspot, Gorgias, Zendesk, and Freshdesk, handling email and chat support efficiently in fast-paced environments.
