I've worked with a make up subscription box as an email support representative for almost 3 years. It was a great experience handling that account as I got to help a lot of customers regarding their subscription. Aside from answering their queries, we also help them order items, replace missing and/or damaged items and refund some payments that needs adjustment.

I worked in a Healthcare account for 5 months as it was just a contractual project. It was such a great experience handling this account because I got to be somehow knowledgeable when it comes to medicine. We explain to customers what type of health insurance they have. Aside from that, we also help them refill their medication and have it delivered to them.

I handled a Travel Account as a Sales Support Representative in 2016. It was my first job and I would say that it was an amazing experience to be exposed in such a a very challenging field. We had to hit a sales quota everyday and it just molded my skill in sales.
