Profile Description

Worked as Email and Chat Support for more than 2 years. Attending to customer concerns on their orders, deliveries and etc. via email or chat. Tracking orders on the system and assisting customers on placing orders and process refunds as per policy. Very much familiar with Zendesk, Shopify,Clickbank and other online platforms and websites as they were the ones used on my previous job. For Chat Support, I communicate with Live Customers via chat and assisting them on their orders, subscriptions and other concerns. We used a translator so we can easily communicate with customers who do not understand Upgrade to see actual info order to provide best customer service experience to customers, I assure that every concern has been addressed and solved. We also used Konnective CRM for order monitoring,tracking, reshipments,subscription and order entries.
