Profile Description

Employed for six years with a Bachelor's Degree from the Lyceum of the Philippines University, I have strong experience in customer service and support, both virtually and in person. I've previously managed multiple international BPO accounts, as well as product shipments, customer complaints, and concerns with great quality, making sure I provide high standards of outstanding service for multinational clients. For the past 4 years, I have also worked as a Casino Host for the Norwegian Cruise Line. As a Casino Marketing Team, I'm handling sales reports of all Revenues in the casino and sending reports through emails, Aside from the administrative aspects of my job, I have developed a resilient skill and ability in problem-solving and handling various Guests/VIPs/Casino Players, co-workers, and management instances and concerns very well while maintaining a calm and professional composure, Communicating thru all the Managements Fleet wide NCL.
Some of my greatest strengths as a professional are my innate personality of being flexible, adaptive, reliable, taking initiative, and being able to work well under pressure. I am always up for a challenge and always open to learning and growing both in my professional and personal life.
