I have done a range of administrative work throughout the years, given my career has mostly focused on recruitment, research, and project management mainly for international companies (US, UK, AU, APAC).
I have had the privilege to work for a Canada real estate software development company, as well as a few US marketing companies as an Operations Manager, Assistant Project Manager, and Lead Cleaner the past 2 years; Prior to that, I recruited for aerospace defense, retail, finance, IT, and customer service. Each of the companies and projects I have been part of had their own set of online tools which I have been trained to use.
I have used project management tools such as Podio, Red Booth, Trello, Asana, and Slack apart from company home-grown tools. I also know how to use Wordpress and had some experience using shortcodes in lead pages, though it was nothing extensive -- just a simple conversion of PDF document into Lead Pages. I did quality assurance work on clients' websites, making sure all pages show up, no links are broken, the design and front end codes are not skewed, online submissions and orders to their sites are not hampered, and managed customer support tickets. I also made sure that client newsletters were tested, say the right things in the right way and properly dated for release, and I have had to edit client blogs to ensure keyword density.
I am self-motivated, can work with minimal supervision and figure things out on my own, and I value integrity, accountability, and trust. I would like a long-term job where I could apply my knowledge as well as learn new things. I hope I could be of service to your company.
