Costumer service

Currently working as Front dest Manager in a resort which is Airbnb is one I handle right now. Working in the hospitality industry puts me to the test on how to deal with problems in a professional way making our guests and customers happy is one of my jobs. Customer service, and dealing with problems are what I do every day. I wish to apply and work remotely at any company related in the same field. I believe that I have the necessary skills and abilities for this job.
