Profile Description

I have more than three (3) relevant years in Project Management and Scrum implementation. Over the years, I was able to gain in-depth knowledge and understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices which includes knowledge from project planning to execution, as well as leadership, and other aspects of project management through my experience on numerous projects industry such as Manufacturing, Finance, IT Service and Consulting and Real Estate Development.
I also possessed advanced skills in data analysis and interpretation and is proficient in utilizing project management tools such as Jira and Confluence, Microsoft Project, and Smartsheet to streamline workflows, track progress, and enhance team collaboration. I also have solid experience in configuring and managing Jira through effectively utilizing the features and workflows provided by the platform. I have also learned that Jira's effectiveness largely depends on how well it's customized to match the team's processes and workflows; thus, regular communication and collaboration among teaUpgrade to see actual infombers are key to ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively using Jira.
Also, my scrum knowledge as a Professional Scrum Master is highly valuable for a project manager role, especially in the context of managing projects using Agile methodologies. Scrum is one of the most widely used Agile frameworks, and having a strong understanding of Scrum principles, practices, and roles significantly enhances my ability, as a project manager, to effectively lead, and deliver successful projects to satisfy the customers. My knowledge of Scrum has also helped improve collaboration by facilitating effective communication, encouraging collaboration, and removing any barriers that hinder teamwork which is very essential in a virtual setup.
