Profile Description

I am a well versed customer service associate and have work background in lead generation and social media moderation. I've used different communication platforms mainly used for email and chat and some of which are Zendesk, Live Chat, Genesys, Slack, Skype. Processes such as service activation, bill explanation and handling customer complaints are just few of my expertise. I am used to work with minimal supervision and under pressure not compromising the quality of the service I am providing. My famliarity with MS word
and excel is great being able to use them on a daily basis. I get to deal with a variety of customers which made me more patient and customer-oriented.    
I have an extensive experience in using a CRM system from the previous BPO company I've worked for more than 5 years. I am a self taught Photoshop user and has basic understanding in Visual Basic 6, HTML, PHP and Java.
