I pride myself on my stellar communication skills. I am diligent when it comes to documentation and I am adamant about learning new techniques to help me progress in my career.

When dealing with customers, it is important to remember that you never know their story. Each time I am on the phone, I remember that it doesn’t matter if they are a one-time customer or a loyal follower. Everyone is equally important to us. Over the years I have mastered conflict management. I know how to de-escalate calls in a way that builds a positive customer experience.

I collect all the data of the product and put it in excel and categorized it in order to be more understandable. Entering customer and account data from source documents within time limits. Compiling, verifying accuracy, and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry. Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking output.
