Current Employment Status:
Hired Full Time on Oct 9, 2019
I am currently a freelance contributing writer for a global news website. I occasionally write feature articles that involve business, technology, science, and entertainment topics.
Since 2019, I have been a writer for a hairstyle website. I was responsible for writing blog content with essential technical terms about the topic. This includes photo descriptions, article introductions, excerpts, meta descriptions, web push notification messages, and even look titles.
I also performed keyword research using various SEO tools to ensure the website's blog posts gain higher rankings. Therefore, I am knowledgeable in using the following tools: Google Search Console, Google Ads, MarketMuse, Frase, Surfer, OnPage.AI, and Keyword Scanner Tool.
A few years back, I learned the basics of customer service. I was able to provide accurate and effective solutions to customers’ concerns via e-mail and webchat.
My very first professional job was in the public relations industry as a writer. I attended conferences, media launches, meetings, and other significant events to conduct interviews. I wrote PR articles for client companies regarding their business, products, and the latest projects or events.
My interest in graphic design grew, so I learned to use Adobe Photoshop and Canva. Another skill I obtained is basic social media management, which allowed me to explore the Meta Business Suite.
