Profile Description

I have over 11 years of customer service experience and handled the role of a CSR and QA while I was in this industry. While I was a CSR my roles include providing customer support via phone and email, I performed account administration, data entry on complaints and requests in CRM tools, I answer inquiries and updates on product and processes, I also help customers on any payment and subscription issues and concerns. On the other hand, my responsibilities while I was a QA specialist includes performing administrative duties for the quality department using Excel and PowerPoint, audit agent output and execution to ensure compliance to established standards and create analysis report on all data gathered, provide coaching, feedback and assistance to agents to make sure they understand quality procedures, I also document quality initiatives and programs and collaborate with Operations to planning interventions and rewards programs for maintenance of high level of quality.
