Admin and Book Keeper

• I was doing the payroll, sending statements to clients for payment follow ups, preparing statements and cheque payments for suppliers and making accounting entries on Tally.

I was responsible for checking quality, price and delivery of materials required for the jobs in production.

I was in charge with documents filing, typing quotations, making invoices, preparing receipts for customers and payment vouchers for suppliers, handling deliveries to customers and from suppliers and dealing with customer queries via email and phone call.
