Active listening is one of my best skills in being a good Sales Representative. Reason for this is being a good listener can get me couple of tips what the customer is looking for. Next is Probing, in order for me to know what the customer wants I ask related questions for me to get additional information as well. Lastly would be Building Relationship with the customer. This is important because it is the key to the long term success of the business. Having strong connection based on trust and communication can make the customer feel more secure with me and the company.
