Set up email filters or rules to automatically sort incoming emails into relevant folders. For example, you can filter emails from specific senders or with specific keywords. Minimize email distractions by turning off unnecessary email notifications. Set specific times during the day to check your inbox rather than reacting to every incoming message immediately.
