Admin Support/Acnt Mgr/ Apptment Setter/Custmr Srvc/Lead Gen

Part of my tasks in my previous occupations was to search and asses different kinds of leads such as cold, warm & hot.

I was an ONSITE Hotel Manager & Property Administrator from 2010-2014. I was in charge of day-to-day operations in the hotel and commercial building such as but not limited to; administrative and clerical tasks, advertising & marketing, basic accounting & book keeping, billings & collections, budgeting, assessing of income, expense & other financial reports, customer & tenant assistance, drafting & proof reading of lease contracts & other business related documents,handling of long-term & short-term leasing. Finally training, supervising,& monitoring of teams & personnel. I am also an Airbnb Host since 2019 which also involves a lot of customer assistance.

I billed, handled & retained accounts of subscribers. I also did sales as well.

I did a lot of administrative & clerical tasks in my work experiences such as but not limited to; answering phone calls, entertaining clients, email management, filing, ordering office supplies and the like.

I am currently working with a Data Management Storage software company which involves web researching & data analysis.

I did a lot of advertising & marketing in different platforms such as FB Meta Business Suite, Email blasting & Social Media Posting in my previous occupations.

I also taught online, basic & business English to children & adults for almost 4 years now.
