The following are my duties and responsibilities as an Executive Secretary of a unit of an Insurance Company: 1. Providing clerical and administrative support. 2. Making designed insurance proposals for each clients, and processing their e-applications, claims, etc. 3. Processing licenses and permits for new financial advisors. 4. Maintain records on microsoft excel spreadsheets. 5. Making graphic designs for marketing publications.

I have commissioned several financial reports for different business plans on different industries. I made financial reports and analysis for a sole proprietor, partnership, corporation, and even cooperatives. I make my weekly reports for the clients' records, collectibles, policy status, etc. using microsoft excels, and know the usage of vlookup, pivot tables, simple functions, etc.

My main responsibility as an executive secretary is to encode clients information with accuracy and confidentiality. I harnessed my capabilities to work effectively and efficiently by time management and my typing skills.
