Hi there! I am Upgrade to see actual info but my friends call me Honey. I pride myself on working hard and delivering the best results on time, every time. I am highly motivated and technically savvy with a strong ethic and excellent communication skills, both written and oral. My work is based on my commitment to my clients and to delivering high level of service. I worked in the BPO industry for 7 years and been a freelancer for 3 years now, I worked as a Customer Service Representative, Technical Support, Collections and Billing, Chat and Email Support, Real Estate Admin, Acquisitions and Dispositions, I also do cold calling but most of my experience in freelancing is  under Sales.
