I am a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional with over 4 1/2 years of experience in customer service and 1 year of virtual assistance. I am currently seeking a long-term virtual assistant position where I can leverage my expertise on assisting businesses in achieving their goals.

My customer service experience has honed my communication and problem-solving skills, particularly as an email representative for a Consolidated Magazine company in the US and a chat support specialist for a telecommunications company and a retail corporation. These roles have taught me the importance of delivering exceptional service while handling multiple tasks efficiently.

In my most recent position as an Executive Assistant for the owner of a successful appliance retail store exclusive in New York, I wore many hats. Apart from managing executive tasks, I played a vital role as an appointment setter, fostering fruitful B2B relationships with various companies, including liquidation stores and other retailers. Additionally, my background in website development during college enabled me to manage websites through RWS (webfronts) and Upgrade to see actual info, along with overseeing the development of a third business website.

My involvement in the day-to-day operations of the retail store also extended to our eBay store, where I handled customer relations and performed data entry for over 400 items. I took an active part in decision-making processes related to pricing, advertisements, and analytics, contributing to the store's success on the platform.
