Profile Description

I've been part of the BPO industry in the Philippines for at least 12 years. I worked for various campaigns (US, UK, and Australian markets), some of which are for product/technical/account support. I am familiar with Zendesk, HelpScout, Salesforce, Microsoft Office suite products, and Mac applications.

I am most comfortable communicating with customers because I am aware that really, they just need assistance and as a support officer, I should be able to provide a solution to their challenges or needs. 

I would also like to expand my writing skills either by composing responsive emails or producing an article for a blog post.

I work best when I am challenged and guided accordingly by a colleague or a mentor. Creative, organized, analytical and empathetic are the adjectives I would use to describe myself. 

I may work on a part-time basis but be assured that I am going to produce full-time output which can help you build your business.
