Analyze and review medical claims (UB-04, CMS1500, Dental) to determine approval, denial, or payment status • Process accounts receivable and ensure timely claim resolution • Verify and validate provider and vendor information, including insurance coverage, service details, and agreements • Review and update patient records to ensure accuracy and completeness • Encode and validate medical codes, including ICD10, CPT, DRG, and revenue codes • Ensure proper documentation of diagnoses, procedures, and physician details • Perform accurate data entry from scanned medical records and documents • Identify system issues and report bugs to QA and development teams for resolution

Review patient records and ensure completeness and compliance with company and regulatory standards • Verify insurance eligibility and benefits for procedures and treatments • Prepare, review, and submit medical claims (electronic and paper) • Monitor and follow up on unpaid or denied claims within standard billing cycles • Reconcile insurance payments against contract terms and identify discrepancies • Coordinate with insurance providers to resolve claim issues when necessary • Process secondary and tertiary insurance claims • Maintain confidentiality and security of patient medical records • Perform accurate data entry and documentation of billing information
