Profile Description

I've worked as a Customer Service Representative for 7 months (Sykes Marketing Services, Inc and iQor Philippines) and as a Technical Support Representative for 1 year and 7 months (West Contact Services, Inc). I've handled billing concerns as well as cable and internet activation with basic troubleshooting skills. I troubleshoot cellular phones, computers, as well as internet connection issues.

I also have 6 months experience as an Operations Associate (Lalamove Philippines) and about 2 months experience as a Remote Customer Support (Lawn Love).

I am a self-motivated person, and I'm aiming for a long-term job. I'm driven to learn things and work with them.
