Beside Facebook marketing, I used as well instagram platform for posting our products in which it’s a residential condominium projects.

I used to process documents for a property to have a building permit, certificate of occupancy, and other important permits of a real estate developer company.

I used to create an ads on social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram and then generate leads from the Ads.

I used to have a task in emailing the existing clients with regards to the promos and updates on their investment property using the mail chimp or gmail platform. In my previous job as well, we used ODOO CRM for leads generation, in which we inputted the list of prospects from Facebook, Instagram, and property listing portals to the CRM.

In my previous job, I used to managed our Facebook page per projects of our company. I was the one who handled the boosting, replying to inquiries, posting an ad material, and etc.

I’m handling the sales generated events of our organization in Cebu branch. I’m the one who processes the permits, organize, and communicate to the suppliers for implementing a sales generated activities for the sales or existing clients.

As a sales and marketing officer in my previous job, I was the one who monitor the sales of the sellers, following up them for their quotas, and making a quotation and present the product they should offer to the clients.
