I've been an employee in a BPO company for 9 years doing data entry jobs, my average words per minute is around 60.  Reports Analyst was the last position that I held where I learned to create operational dashboards, analyzing the productivity and quality data trends and providing specific action plans to operations for them to improve and meet their required goals. 4 Years Experience as Virtual Assistant, doing data entry, email review, online research, product listing including document preparation, maintaining files and record keeping. Also have knowledge with some SEO task like link building and lead generation work. I am a tech savvy person that is very keen to details, Flexibility-wise, I was able to adjust on the changes and tasks that I was assigned to. I am a person who easily learns and very hard-working person. I am highly trainable and I would like to gain new skills while utilizing my current area of expertise.
