I have been in a banking industry for almost 13 years and I have been assigned to different positions relating to customer service. In my present job, my position as a Customer Advisor caters operations and sales concerns. I attend various customer queries as well as accommodating raised issues and
complaints. I am responsible in creating, maintaining and updating new and existing accounts. Educate new and existing clients on proper account management as well as the consequences if account is mishandled. Among the database used by the bank is the CRM System. It is where I can search client data as will as the sales leads that the system generated, request cards(DEBIT and CREDIT), checkbooks, open New Accounts, request for addition or modification of customer information, create leads for Trust and Treasury placements, lodge self generated and converted leads. I also facilitate processing of all bank offered loans. Home, Personal, Business(collateralized or not), Auto and etc. We also are required to offer insurance products to new and existing clients. We do perform call-outs to our prospect clients offering them the best products and services applicable to them whether it be new acquisition or existing clients since relationship did not end after account opening or placement.
