I’m assisting clients and merchants with their billing queries, business coaching, merchant growth, providing suggestions on how they can improve and drive traffic to their store, double checking their analytics and sales report, making sure that they submit required documents, extending store trials, and recommending subscription plans that are tailor fit to their business ---------- line with this, I also worked as an English as a Second Language (ESL) teacher at RareJob for 1 year and 9 months where I cater and tutor Japanese students with basic english communication skills, free conversation topics, and news articles.
I am a Goal-oriented person, Optimistic, Keen to details, have willingness to work, and highly value what teamwork can offer to the table. I see to it that my tasks are organized in order for me to work efficiently. I can't say no to work and I always make sure that I give my best out of everything.
