Executive Support - email management, setting appointments and meetings, expense report filing, hotel and room reservation, transportation arrangement, restaurant/venue booking, and other adhoc.
Admin Support - source/buy Office equipment/supplies, PO creation, invoice processing, supplier coordination, process telephone billings, workstation set-up, food arrangement, etc. Lead logistics support and coordinator for various company activities and events i.e. townhalls, meetings, trainings, etc.
E-commerce experience i.e Shopee/Lazada

Procurement/Buying - Performs activities associated in fulfilling a requisition into a purchase order. These includes requesting for quotes, negotiating with suppliers, handling technical queries, sending of PO to suppliers and coordinating of material movements with suppliers, freight forwarders and shippers to ensure on time delivery of material.
