I've worked as a Customer Service Representative for an accumulated time of more than 5 years. My past work experiences include handling Logistics accounts and healthcare accounts and my most recent is Guest Experience Specialist or a Reservation specialist for a Vacation Rental Company that hosts more than 35,000+ homes. I've worked and developed my skills throughout the years by mastering my craft, being keen on details, and developing my customer-handling skills. I have Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a high ability to listen and evaluate client needs, and strong verbal and written communication skills Outstanding customer satisfaction and follow-through skills, combined with a polite, friendly, and knowledgeable phone demeanor.
My work experience with short-term rentals includes communicating with guests, resolving issues, processing alterations, cancellations, and refunds with different online booking platforms that are associated with our company. One of my Jobs is also coordinating with housekeeping or other vendors, answering inquiries, receiving inbound and making outbound calls, and communicating with homeowners, the front desk, and Local Staff in a timely manner.
