Customer Support Specialist with over 3 years of experience in inbound and outbound sales, billing, and technical support across telecom, healthcare, and home services. I’ve worked remotely as a dispatcher, assisted patients with their pharmacy needs, and supported a major telecom account handling customer concerns. I’m tech-savvy, results-driven, and known for delivering service with clarity and care.
Outside of customer support, I’m also passionate about video editing. I love creating content and enjoy the entire process from scripting to editing which makes it more than just work for me. Here’s a sample video I edited:
Experience: 2 - 5 years
I’ve handled inbound calls for 3 years across locksmith services, healthcare, and telco. In my locksmith role, I helped customers locked out of homes or cars, scheduled fast dispatches, and offered extra security options. I also supported patients and telco users with billing and tech concerns. I'm calm under pressure, quick to act, and focused on giving clear, reliable help every time.
Experience: 6 months - 1 year
I also made outbound calls to assist with enrollment, explain benefits, and follow up with patients. I stay calm under pressure, speak clearly, and always aim to give friendly, reliable service.
Experience: 1 - 2 years
I supported T-Mobile customers with network issues, phone setups, coverage checks, and basic troubleshooting. I always aimed to make tech problems easy to understand. I even helped with things like Gmail resets when needed, just to make sure customers felt fully supported and happy by the end of the call.
Experience: 10+ years
Video editing has been my passion since childhood it's something I’ve loved and practiced for years. I enjoy storytelling through visuals, from script to final cut. Here's one of my works: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=61TDxLzhNLs. When I edit, it doesn’t feel like work it feels like purpose. That’s why I bring creativity, dedication, and heart into every project.
Experience: 6 months - 1 year
Working in a healthcare sales account wasn’t easy at first. I had to make outbound calls, introduce services, and explain things clearly to patients who were often unsure or hesitant. It was a challenge but with hard work, practice, and patience, I got better each day. I learned how to build trust, handle objections, and close more enrollments. Eventually, I became more confident and consistent, and I was able to hit targets and deliver good results for my previous company.
