As my resume indicates, I have more than 5 years of experiences in BPO industry, 2 to 3 years of experiences as an Credit Repair Specialist doing FTC, CFPB, BBB, and ATTORNEY GENERAL. My professional history includes positions such as Customer Service Representative, Data Analyst, Data Mining, Appointment Setter, VA and Data Entry. My supervisor also relied on my ability to develop and work with servers. Regarding on processing on Clients Credit report we do Analyzing their reports, list down all inaccurate information, negative accounts like late payments, charge off, collections, repossession, after that we create letters using any software and sometimes doing our own unique way, the next thing is we file FTC, CFPB,BBB and Attorney General, this is based on my last Employer.
