Freelancer - Virtual Assistant / Inside Sales Agent

I work with 1000 calls a day. It is a standalone company based in US which we are hired as Virtual Assistant and do Circle Prospecting and Outbound Calling to all home owners and ask if they are interested in selling their property. I am working for nearly 4 years at this company and got promoted after 1 year of working with them as an ISA (Inside Sales Agent). My task right now is to callback all the leads coming from prospectors and dig deeper to their motivation and send quality leads to our clients.

I used to work as a Customer service in different BPO companies here in the Philippines. I spend 5 years in providing excellent customer service on all of the campaigns that I worked with. I am also a Customer Service Agent advocate which is to provide feedback to all agents who needs more assistance in providing excellent customer service to all clients that we work with.

I worked for nearly 5 years as a Technical Support from different BPO companies here in the Philippines such as Teletech, IBM, Concentrix, VXI and Teleperformance. I handle triple play and Quad Play services which I provide quality customer services plus technical assistance to all of our clients who needs help when it comes to the product they bought from us. My ideas in handling all kinds of LOB's is way beyond compared to an average technical support assistant.

I worked for nearly 3 years in one of the Sales Account in Concentrix way back 2015 which is Bell Canada and Sears Canada, We provide customer services in addition to Sales. We sell triple play services and add on to our customers. I was also a top tier agent when it comes to sales which I exceed the required sales for each month and garnered an award as one of the Best Sales Agent from that campaign. I am fully dedicated when it comes to sales because I always aim to get all the incentives that the program gave to all their outstanding performers.

I used to work as a chat support from VXI Global way back 2017 to 2020. I worked with Comcast Triple Play services which we provide technical assistance to all our clients via Inbound, Outbound and even chat assistance. In order for me to provide quality assistance I need to be persistent, consistent and efficient in providing technical support for those customers who need help. I can also type 180 wpm which is required to provide quick assistance to all our clients.
