I work with 1000 calls a day. It is a standalone company based in US which we are hired as Virtual Assistant and do Circle Prospecting and Outbound Calling to all home owners and ask if they are interested in selling their property. I am working for nearly 4 years at this company and got promoted after 1 year of working with them as an ISA (Inside Sales Agent). My task right now is to callback all the leads coming from prospectors and dig deeper to their motivation and send quality leads to our clients.

I am fully dedicated when it comes to sales because I always aim to get all the incentives that the program gave to all their outstanding performers.

I used to work as a chat support from VXI Global way back 2017 to 2020. I worked with Comcast Triple Play services which we provide technical assistance to all our clients via Inbound, Outbound and even chat assistance. In order for me to provide quality assistance I need to be persistent, consistent and efficient in providing technical support for those customers who need help. I can also type 180 wpm which is required to provide quick assistance to all our clients.
