Outbound/ Inbound Sales Representative/ Customer Service

INBOUND SALES As an inbound sales representative, We are responsible in building relationships with customers. I became a top seller with TPG Telecom as an inbound sales representative. I have handled TPG itself, one of the largest Telecommunication companies in Australia. •We answer calls and provide the required information by resolving customer's queries. •Part of our job is to facilitate sales of all products and services according to the customer's needs. •We provide features and benefits of our products and services including the entire process from creating new accounts, up to the installation of the service. •We are responsible in keeping track of the potential customers and their requirements. •And ensure a high level of customer's satisfaction in one phone call.

OUTBOUND SALES I have more than 5 years of experience as an outbound sales representative. I have handled satellite TVs in the US, such as DirecTV and dish Network. It was cold calling and is a common practice in outbound sales. I used to manage Carhistory as well, It's a comprehensive report for second hand vehicles in Australia. It is designed for potentially significant information about the vehicle. I can say being in outbound sales developed most of my sales skills. •We contact prospects and customers to sell products and services and responsible for meeting goals set by the supervisors. •We set up new customer accounts, access existing customer accounts, and manage sensitive customer data across one or more computer systems, and multitask while conversing with customers via phone. •We multitask and use database, CRM, or other software to track progress with new prospects •Provides assistance to customers via phone. •Handles the product-related challenges, queries, customer concerns, etc.
