I also conduct market research to determine and update market prices of different office and miscellaneous supplies.

I have relevant work experience in the Business Process Outsourcing Industry handling various tasks like: Customer Service Technical Support Sales Customer Retention Billing

I can say that I have decent experience using microsoft word since all of my jobs require proficiency in the use of computers. my last job in government also involved using microsoft word in writing communication letters to suppliers and other departments in the agency.
