Profile Description

• Review mortgage loan applications for completeness and accuracy, ensuring all required documentation is provided.• Verify applicant information, including employment, income, credit history, and assets, in accordance with lending guidelines.• Manage 40 – 50 files per month in my pipeline• Communicate effectively with borrowers, loan officers, underwriters, and other stakeholders throughout the loan processing cycle.• Order and review credit reports, appraisals, title reports, and other necessary documents to assess loan viability and mitigate risk.• Prepare and submit loan files to underwriting for approval, addressing any conditions or additional requirements as needed.• Coordinate with closing agents, attorneys, and other parties to schedule loan closings and ensure timely funding.• Maintain accurate and organized loan files and documentation in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing borrower inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.• Stay informed of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in mortgage lending.
