I have been a customer support representative for  3 years at one of the largest IT companies in the US. I was a customer care support specialist for three years. Prior to that, I worked as a sales representative for a small start-up company doing telemarketing for two years. Because of these, I was able to maintain a high standard of service, which helped me identify my own needs for improvement.
I am also study information technology, and I know how to create websites using different languages, such as PHP, HTML, and Bootstrap.
My expertise is in sales, like selling or offering products to customers, generating leads, and closing deals. I'm good at performing accurate web research, managing emails, etc. As stated in the summary of my skills, I am pretty flexible with the tasks that I will be designated to do.
