I worked as a Customer Service Call Center Agent catering the customers, riders, chefs, and supervisors at the same time thru chats, e - mails, and calls. I also became a Virtual Assistant in Meta Business Suite for over a year in selling products, entering customers' details in excel, tracking customers' parcels, and coordinating to our Team Leader about the daily problems we encounter from our customers. I also had an E-commerce business for Upgrade to see actual info months using Facebook Ads, wherein I am the one who researched on my own products, scaled may ads, budgeted the products, managed the inventories, and communicated my suppliers from both domestic and oversea. So yeah, basically I have the foundation on how to manage an E-commerce business very well. And lastly, I worked as a Hotel Accommodator last SEA Games 2019 that was held here in the Philippines wherein I handled the Hotels, Villas, Kitchen, Laundry, and Transportation, Professionals, Coaches, Government Officials,
Polices, and Managers for 2 months.
