I worked as a Customer Service Advocate and Technical Specialist Level II for six years in the U.S. (AT&T and Sprint) and Canadian (Bell Canada) Multinational Telecommunications accounts. I've mainly handled troubleshooting internet, cable, and home phone, billing concerns, and handling customer accounts.
I can say that it was one tough job, but I resolved every single reason why the customer called and prevented them from calling back with the same concern. Most importantly, I alleviate my customer's emotions if they are upset about what happened.
Fast forward, I've worked my way up, got promoted as a Product Trainer, and gained two years of experience, which has been the most fulfilling job ever. I am grateful enough to experience being a Trainer while working at home for one year amidst the Covid-19 pandemic back in March of 2020. That said, I've realized the value of working from home and enjoyed it since I can work at home while I spend quality time with my family. I am grateful for the six years of work experience and used to land a permanent work-from-home job as a virtual assistant and have experienced several roles with skip tracing and as an executive virtual assistant.
