I'm experienced in both B2B and B2C and overseeing the day-to-day needs of multiple stakeholders (for services like ecommerce store management, website dev projects, and remote staffing). As Client Services Manager / Account Manager, I've worked closely with Customer Service and Operations teams in ensuring needs are met and addressing any issues that come up.

I managed the online stores of an internal brand for over 2 years (overall merchandising and website maintenance: store content, product & collection pages, landing pages, promotions, etc). Platforms used: Shopify, Lazada, Shopee. Some familiarity with Etsy and squarespace.

More recently, I have served as a Virtual Assistant and a Business Support Specialist to clients in the US, and completed several projects involving data entry and analysis, reports creation, process improvement and creation, and so on. I have initiated and helped facilitate improvements in several teams' way of doing business, to increase efficiency and get better results.

I managed the Shopify Plus store of an internal brand for over 2 years. Led and trained the merchandising team in charge of maintaining the ecom store on a daily basis, churning out millions (Php) in monthly revenue.
