I have been a dispatcher in logistics for 10 months. My proficiency in utilizing dispatching software and GPS tracking systems allowed me to monitor and manage transportation activities in real-time, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. Additionally, my dedication to customer service led to increased customer satisfaction and loyalty. Checking and managing their schedules and coordinating of the drivers. I also make a report via excel on their logs. I have been also a taxi dispatcher for almost 2 years. I enjoyed taking calls and managing taxi bookings a lot to ensure that all taxis are dispatched accordingly.
